Over 15,000 Americans are estimated to have died in wars since 9/11, with hundreds of thousands wounded in visible and invisible ways: 877,450 brain wounded veterans either misdiagnosed or undiagnosed, all untreated by the VA/DoD for their brain wounds.
Twenty-three years of war in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Pakistan have cost American taxpayers over $6 trillion according to the Watson Institute of International and Public Affairs at Brown University.
More than 800,000 people have died as a direct result of fighting. (Brown COW). The HOW Foundation, GruntStyle, America's Mighty Warriors, the 22 Project, BurnPits360, the HUGS Project, KOTERRA, PFRPA, Stand for the Troops, over 145 clinics, and the TreatNOW Coalition remind us of other statistics that get lost too often.
